In 2018, Jake Christenson founded RowCal on a remarkably simple notion: That HOA boards and their members deserve better. A former vice president of a national HOA management company, Jake set out to challenge industry norms and bring relief to frustrated HOA boards, who would turn to one property management company after another in search of decent service and support.

After gaining significant market share through organic growth, Jake took RowCal’s solution to Colorado Springs, Colorado. In just two short years there, RowCal had the largest share of communities in the market. And now, we’re rapidly expanding our presence in Denver as well as Austin, Texas plus Chicago and other major cities!
Today, we have over 600 communities under management across the country, while still providing the local touch, responsiveness and resources HOA members demand and deserve. Between our executive and local leadership, our team has 100+ years of experience in association management and maintenance.
