Two convenient service options
Depending on the size of your association, the condition of its elements and amenities, and your budget, we can work with you in one of two ways:
“Time & Materials” Basis:
We’re happy to estimate the materials and labor required to tackle maintenance tasks up front, get your sign-off and perform the work to our high standards.
Monthly Maintenance Upkeep (MMU) Service:
The same trusted technician arrives on-site on a set day each month to handle minor repairs and upkeep
Technician takes before-and-after photos of repairs, which get logged into our system by the Community Manager
Billed at $845 per month – includes $100 worth of materials and 7 hours of labor (and all drive time)
Requires 6-month minimum commitment
If all 7 hours aren’t used one month, the remaining hours roll over into the next month
